Beef Cake Program

Aspiring Weightlifters or Expert Weightlifters alike will really enjoy this hypertrophy centered weightlifting program.  This program was designed for Hutton Boles USAW World Team Member to increase his bodyweight from 81kg to 89kg following his last appearance at Jr. Worlds in 2024.  This is just a piece of an overall 13 week program we used to increase his muscle mass, and allow him and his body to support the daily rigors of training and performing at the highest level.  We hope you like it and if you want to continue your journey with us.  Jump on the Train Heroic National Team Program and follow the same training program as Hutton and our SSC National Weightlifting Team!
