Intro To Weightlifting

This is a great place for beginners or any level of weightlifters to get a taste of the everyday training for our SSC weightlifting team.  This program will help ease you into our programming on Train Heroic (SSC National Weightlifting Team Program) and really gives you an idea and feel of what our athletes do on the day to day.
