Intro to Competitive Crossfit

This program is a peak inside what our Highest Level Competitive CrossFit Athletes train like on a day to day and week to week basis.  Our programs have produced several Semi Final level athletes during the CrossFit Games over the last 5 years.  Get a sample of what it is like to train like them and then join our SSC Competitive CrossFit Program on Train Heroic and train along side our athletes.
